This boldly caffeinated Amazonian variant of the holly tree has been traditionally used for its stimulating effects and sharpening the mind. Slightly sweet and earthy in character, this close cousin to yerba mate yields a smooth, round flavor and steeps a rich dark green hue.

Instructions: Steep 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea in 6 - 8 oz of hot water (208º F) for 4 - 7 minutes. 40 servings for every 2oz.
