Legend holds that a drought was remedied when a monk in China summoned a dragon that brought rain to fill the village well. To this day, the well nourishes the meadow where this green tea is cultivated. Prized for its unique, sword-shaped leaves and jade color, this special tea exhibits a fresh, clean aroma and mellow flavor.

Instructions: Steep 1 tablespoon of loose leaf tea in 6 - 8 oz of hot water (175º F) for 1 - 3 minutes. 32 servings for every 2oz.
