This tea is a crowd-pleaser. There are many varieties of Phoenix Oolong; this organic one is known as Mi Lan Xiang or Honey Orchid. Medium-bodied, with notes of stone fruit, honey, and orchid.

Instructions: Steep 1 tablespoon of loose leaf tea in 6 - 8 oz of hot water (195º F) for 3 - 5 minutes. 24 servings for every 2oz.
