Frozen Summit is also the name of the mountain the tea is grown on. This oolong goes through a traditional roasting process, giving it a rich honeyed body balanced by notes of gardenia.

Instructions: Steep 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea in 6 - 8 oz of hot water (195º F) for 3 - 5 minutes. 24 servings for every 2oz.
