Just in time for Father’s Day, we’ve developed a savory concoction that’s sure to bring a smile to anyone’s lips–The Lapsang Cure.
Inspired by the Mexican beverage, Clamato (a combination of clam and tomato juice), this cocktail is reminiscent of a Bloody Mary

Think, brunch upgrade.
Think, I can now handle the rest of the day.
The human tongue has four flavor zones: sweet, salty, sour, bitter. Did you know about umami? A Japanese word that loosely translates to mean pleasant savory taste. Our new cocktail, The Lapsang Cure hits the umami mark. First, Clamato juice is mixed with our house tea, Lapsang Souchong Superior–a distinctive tea created with select black teas which are smoked over pine needles. Next, Dos Equis Lager is added, along with Chef Mario’s secret blend, which includes French Maggi sauce. A tall glass is rimmed with Tajin, a combination of chili powder and lime, once you add a chive garnish, you have yourself a special savory drink.
Father’s Day just got a little more … Interesting.
