We see you at the Elephant Room, one of our new Summer Brunch Cocktails in your hand…
The weekend, you made it. You’re relaxed, laughing with friends, or maybe alone, gathering your thoughts. There’s a warm breeze, you’re tan. You smell the ocean from Pawtuxet Cove, the snow nightmare from last winter–now a distant memory. Shoveling? Bah. You smile because, as you sip that Summer Brunch Cocktail and watch the Village go by, you realize–living here, it’s all worth it.
Introducing our Trio of Summer Brunch Cocktails:
The Boathouse Bubbly
On the sweeter side, this cocktail was named for the Aspray Boat House in Pawtuxet Park. A blend of muddled blueberries, Creme de Casis, and Champagne. It’s sure to please the sweet tooth in the group. BTW, did you know that you can rent the Aspray Boat House for functions? It’s true. And your money will go towards the annual Gaspee Day Parade and Events.
The spicy one. The hot summer sun rises in the east over Pawtuxet Cove. If you haven’t dragged yourself out of bed and headed to historic Stillhouse Cove to watch the magic happen, you should put that event on your bucket list–right now. In the meantime, enjoy our delicious concoction of Champagne, ginger habanero syrup, and mango puree. It’s a nice kick to start your day.
Gaspee Garden Club
Named for the men and women who keep Pawtuxet Village looking gorgeous, this cocktail is a refreshing combination of lightly muddled basil leaves and strawberries. Topped with Champagne, this cocktail lingers on the palate like a warm summer day.
