Introducing our New Crêpe Special- ¡Guajillo!
Pronounced wah-HEE-oh, our newest crépe is a fun blend of cremini mushrooms, Swiss & pepperjack cheese, which is then topped with a house-made, mild, dried chile pepper sauce.
This Mexican roots-inspired crêpe combines the delicious tastes of classic enchilada sauce and gooey fundido, a cheese dip similar to fondue.
The sauce is so good, you might want to take it home and put it in a bottle, then use it on everything. At least, that’s what one customer told us he was going to do next time he ordered our New Crêpe Special- ¡Guajillo!
